Daitoh Trading Group fully recognizes the importance of protecting personal information in this advanced information-communications society, and has established this “Privacy Policy” to continually protect personal information in accordance with it.
- Daitoh Trading Group will comply with all the laws and other rules and regulations that apply to the protection of personal information.
- Daitoh Trading Group will acquire personal information in an appropriate and fair manner, and will
use it only within the scope of the purposes approved at the time of receiving the personal
information.
Except when required by law or when used jointly, Daitoh Trading Group will not provide said personal information to any third party without the consent of each individual. 
- Daitoh Trading Group will take reasonable information security measures including protections against
illegal access and computer viruses, and will take preventive measures against loss, falsification and
leakage of personal information through activities to raise awareness for the handling of personal
information in order to ensure safe administration.
When consigning the handling of personal information, Daitoh Trading Group will carefully select a third party consignee that conducts sufficient safety measures, and will conduct necessary and appropriate supervision on safety administration. 
- Daitoh Trading Group respects the rights on personal information, and will respond promptly when
requested by an individual to disclose, correct, suspend usage or delete any of the personal
information acquired from that person.
Daitoh Trading Group will respond faithfully to any claims with regards to the personal information acquired from that person. 
- To faithfully conduct this Privacy Policy, Daitoh Trading Group will establish the “Guidelines for the
Handling of Personal Information” and ensure that all of the officers, employees and affiliates are
familiar with the content.
